TEDDYGIFT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without prior notice.

4. We will only proceed with your order upon receipt and clearance of your payment.

5. Cancellation of orders can only be done 3 days before the delivery date. Full amount will be imposed after passing the duration.

6. We will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, we will try our utmost effort to send the delivery at the mentioned date and time.

7. Goods sold are not refundable and or exchangeable.
